Rosewood Farm 2010 Show Schedule

Feb 27-28                    Tom Poulin Clinic at Misty Meadows Farm in Clarkesville, GA

***Congratulations on a very successful and beneficial clinic  for all of our participants! Tricia and Cassie, Tricia and Doeke, Mattie and Scotty, Mattie and Hemi, Bob and Marty, Sara and Pony.  Special thanks to Tom Poulin for the great lessons and information, and to Lisa Harders and all of our new friends at Misty Meadows Farm for their help and generosity!  Also thanks to Carol Martin and Ricky and Deena Castleberry for their support in getting too and from the clinic and Bob Whitfield for his photography skills!

April 14-17                  Citrus Cup Morgan Show, Gainesville, FL

Congratulations to all who participated in this amazing show!! We had huge successes this first time out for 2010. Some of the highlights are:  Champion Dressage: Sara Castleberry and Malvern's Rapid Fire. Reserve Champion Dressage: Mattie Rohs and Malvern's Rapid Fire Champion Junior Exhibitor Hunter Pleasure: Samantha Delaney and Monnington Soul. Champion Huntseat Equitation: Samantha Delaney. Reserve Champion Sporthorse: Kathy Billinghurst and JMF Ideal Gambler. Silver Medal honors go to Mattie Rohs in the Dressage Medal Class with Reserve going to Sara Castleberry in that division. Silver Medal honors in the Hunter division go to Mattie Rohs with Reserve going to Samantha Delaney.

We also had many ribbons earned by our youth team including Chamion Senior Youth of the Year: Mattie Rohs who was awarded a $250 scholarship to Oklahoma City to compete in the Youth of the Year Finals at the Morgan Grand Nationals! Reserve Champion Title went to Samantha Delaney! Followed closely by Sara Castleberry and Hannah Ruiz who also earned some fantastic ribbons in this challenging division!! These girls worked very hard and should be extremely proud of themselves!! 

Special thanks going to all of our friends, family and supporters who made the trip to cheer us on and assist with transportation and all the day to day necessities!
